Data deletion
If you want us to erase personal information we hold about you, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Message m.me/chelboni09.
- Write: Delete my data.
- Include your full name, mobile number used at checkout, and any Order IDs (for example
WEB-…).
We will confirm on Messenger. Typical turnaround is within 7 days.
What we delete
- Name, phone, address, and message/payment screenshots we stored for support
- Messenger identifiers we used only to reply to you, where Meta’s tools allow
What we may keep
We may retain non-personal order totals or anonymized records required for Philippine tax / bookkeeping. We cannot erase copies Meta itself stores in your Facebook account — you can also use Facebook Settings → Your Facebook information.
